The overall project consists of this project is a multi-phase project starting in June of 2025 and completing in August 2027. This project includes replacement of windows, replacement of hot water and chilled water piping, new air handling units, new hot water boilers, new ductwork, remodel of existing locker rooms, kitchen upgrades, bathroom upgrades, flooring replacement, electrical upgrades, lighting upgrades, ceiling replacement, replacement of doors, and new paint throughout the school. Project also includes alternate to replace kalwall with curtain wall at Vally View Middle School. See alternate 2 for details.
