Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bloomington, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Bloomington is seeking the services of a professional consulting firm to conduct the easement acquisition process. The City of Bloomington is designing the 2024-110 Normandale Blvd PMP Trail Improvement Project. The project design has identified 39 parcels requiring the acquisition of temporary and/or permanent easements including 23 parcels with retaining wall easements and 3 parcels with sidewalk/bikeway easements. The size and number of easements may change as the design progresses. The City will provide parcel sketches for each parcel. The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, and corporations having specific experience in the area(s) of right of way (easement) acquisition for the construction of a multi-use off street trail on the west side and a concrete sidewalk on the east side of Normandale Blvd extending from Old Shakopee Road to West 94th Street in the State of Minnesota, and interested in providing these consulting services to the City.
