SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION: The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: Supply and install Engineered Wood Fibers and Unitary Matting at 32 City playgrounds. COMPLETION TIME: June 30th, 2025. Question Deadline: Tue Nov 26, 2024 5:00 PM (CST). BID SECURITY: A certified check or cashier's check payable to the City of Bloomington, or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a licensed surety company must also accompany the Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the Bidder fail to enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. BID BONDS: Bond and/or Bid Security, as required in the Invitation to Bid, must be received in electronic. All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.
