The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: Selective demolition of existing Men's. Women's and Family restrooms located adjacent to the west entrance to the Civic Plaza Building. New construction, fixtures and finishes to provide single user restrooms stalls, universal changing room, and urinal room. COMPLETION TIME: Ninety (90) days Question Deadline 11/07/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Questions related to this bid opportunity are to be submitted to the Purchasing representative through the Bidding System only by clicking on the "Submit a Question" button for this specific bid opportunity at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the Bid closing. A certified check or cashier's check payable to the City of Bloomington, or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a licensed surety company must also accompany the Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the Bidder fail to enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond within ten (10) days after the award of the contract.
