As of October 23, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded until the general contractors submit their bids on 10/24/24. The City through its Department of Capital Assets and Construction is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement for the renovation of the existing Veterans Memorial Golf Course Café which includes replacement of the roof, new windows, new kitchen equipment, new finishes, new plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. The existing toilet rooms will be renovated for accessibility.
