Franconia Golf Course Café Renovations. Renovation of the existing Franconia Golf Course Café will include replacement of the HVAC system, a new electrical service, new kitchen equipment, new finishes in the Ding Room & Kitchen and a new curtain wall. In general, the Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, temporary storage, facilities, tools, cutting and patching, and other appliances necessary for the work in this section and as required to properly complete the project in accordance with these contract documents and good construction practice. Generally, the work includes: 1. The project the renovations of the present café, kitchen, storage and surrounding area. Renovation include: a. Revised layout for new accessible access to the cafe. b. New kitchen layout and equipment. c. New dining room finishes. d. New windows and doors. e. New plumbing and mechanical equipment. f. New electrical service, distribution and lighting. Location- 619 Dwight Road Springfield, MA 01108 Estimated Cost $2,000,000.00. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. MBE (20%), WBE (20%) The Workforce Participation Goals are currently set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
