The Springfield Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor and materials for trash removal services for the Springfield Housing Authority's public housing developments. This contract will be for five (5) years, commencing or about January 1, 2025 until December 31, 2030 pending availability of funds. The contract shall not exceed five (5) years. The Contractor under this proposal procedure shall perform and furnish all necessary work and insurance affidavits required as described herein. The SHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts therein. Award of this contract is subject to approval by the SHA Board of Commissioners.
