The Services Included in This Bid Will Fall Under M.g.l. Ch. 149 and Other Applicable Procurement Statutes. All Bidders Must Be Dcamm Certified in the Following Trade Category: Roofing. The City is Seeking Contractors to Furnish All Necessary Supervision, Labor, Materials, Tools and Equipment Necessary to Supply, Install, and Repair Various Types of Roofing. The Services Will Be in Various Municipal and School Locations Throughout the City on an as Needed Basis as Determined by the Facilities Department and Will Be for Less Than $50,000.00 Per Project. The City Intends to Award Up to Three (3) Potential Contracts to the Lowest Responsible and Eligible Bidder(S). The Estimated Value of the Contract(S) Shall Not Exceed $500,000.00 Per Year. Question Deadline 11/26/2024 at 4:30 PM ET All Questions Regarding This Bid or Its Specifications Must Be Received by the Office of Procurement (Nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) The City Intends to Award Up to Three (3) Potential Contracts to the Lowest Responsible and Eligible Bidder(S).
