Project 2025-06 B17 Boiler #5 Water Level Replacement Question Deadline 11/20/2024 at 12:00 PM ET RFIs must be submitted to stccbidclerk@stcc.edu Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. o A 50% Payment Bond will be required if the contract is greater than $25,000. o The scope of this work is to remove the digital water level master feed valve and install a new system that will consist of, but not limited to, the new parts listed below for the Cleaver Brooks steam boiler #5 in B17 at STCC: o Parts: CC-075-MBV 3/4 Motorized Ball Feed Water Valve Assembly o Consisting of Worcester Valve & Honeywell Modutrol Motor, o 817-01763-000 Control, Pump, Lwco, Mcdm 93-7B o 825-00092-000 Trycock, 1/2 Npt, 250# Brass, o 851-00034-000 Glass, Tubular, 10.500 inch Lg, Corning Pyr, o 825-00203-000 300 PSI Set Water Gauge, 1/2 ; npt, less glass, o 300 PSI SET water gauge valves, 1/2 npt, used with 5/8 glass, o 912-00034 ROD, 13" gauge glass protectors; o 853-00115-000 gaskets, gauge glass, 9/16 ID. o This will also include Wiring Diagram Modification Pipe & amp and misc. fittings, electrical & hardware stock. o The contractor will keep the STCC employee in charge informed of all developments and progress and of any changes that may need to be made to the Boiler/Water system. o Upon completion of installation of the new system, proper operation of the system is to be verified by both the contractor and STCC HVAC supervisor
