The Conditions of Employment and Wage Rates as Set Forth by the Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety and Davis Bacon Wage Rates Shall Prevail in the Execution of the Work Under This Contract. Estimated Total Cost of the Project: $65,000.00 the Department of Parks, Buildings, and Recreation Management Parks Division is Issuing This Ifb for Roof Upgrades to the Emily Bill Park Building. This Work Includes Removal and Replacement of Shingles, Inspection and Repair as Needed of Roof Deck, Installation of Water and Ice Shield, Drip Edge, Flashing and Related Work. The City of Springfield Supports the Goal of Twenty Percent Minority and Women Participation in All Contracts. All Questions Regarding the Bid or Its Specifications Must Be Received by the Office of Procurement No Later Than November 21, 2024 by Close of Business. The Chief Procurement Officer Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality in and to Reject Any or All Bids if It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
