SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: All labor and materials necessary for delivery, installation, set-up, adjustment, and acceptance testing/inspection of inclined platform lift at public entry to Housing courtroom #1. Inclined Lift Requirements: Platform shall be through type. Platform shall be fully fold-away when not in use. Platform shall be a minimum of 30 wide x 48 long. Weight capacity shall be at least 550 pounds. Permanent folding seat shall be provided on lift, weight capacity no less than 300 lbs. Lift shall be key operated, with remote buzzer and intercom system.
