Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of work: Provide 18 New Poles and LED fixtures, to match fixture layout Provide and install 1" PVC conduit and #8 copper wire between all existing pole bases Saw, cut, remove and repair asphalt as needed. Back fill all ditches with gravel that are inside of parking lot. Removal of trash and asphalt that is removed for ditches. Connections to existing panels and controls. Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of all waste products including old poles, lights and debris. Certain projects with a total cost of $25,000 or more require a TN Contractors license. No bidder will be permitted to withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days following the date of the bid opening. The City of Gatlinburg reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed favorable to the interest of the City of Gatlinburg.
