The City of Gatlinburg will be receiving bids for hardware and installation of 65" or greater TVs/Monitors/Interactive TVs in our City Hall Council Room. This will be used for our Emergency Operation Center. The company winning the RFP will be responsible for installation of all hardware/network wiring, etc. Power to TV's must be controlled from one source. Questions about the specifications need to be directed to Mike Hinkle, IT Coordinator, at Mike1-1(a7Gatlinbur2tn.gov or 865-659-9597. The City reserves the right to qualify those who offer proposals, to waive any informalities, to reject any and/or all proposals, and to accept the proposal deemed most favorable and in the best interest of the City.
