the installation of chain link fencing at the Public Works Complex at Newman Court. There are two separate fencing projects. The large fence around the complex will be approximately 1569 ft. of standard chain link fencing with One (1) 40-foot Arm Gate, One (1) 12’ Vehicle Gate, Four (4) 20-foot Gates and One (1) 3-foot Pedestrian Gate. The other project is fencing around an Impound Lot that includes 626 Feet of Barbed Fencing with One (1) 20-Foot Gate and One (1) 3-Foot Pedestrian Gate with privacy slats to block visibility from outside the fence. The price of the bid should include all materials and labor necessary to complete the project in a timely matter. A schematic with dimensions is included in the attached Exhibit A.
