As of December 2, 2024, this project has been awarded. Question Deadline 10/18/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Mark Sankoff, PE via email at masankoff@potesta.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Work to be bid upon is generally described as follows: Replace existing gravity sanitary sewer system, approximately 16,300 feet. Replace existing pump station and force main. Replace lagoon aerators, chlorination and dechlorination unit and flow meter. Install gravity sewer lines to extend service to new customers. Install two duplex grinder stations and one simplex grinder station. Reconnect existing customers and connect new customers. Other sewer line components. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $3,335,000. Construction time limit for the Contract is 390 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion for Base Bid work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
