Site work for a mixed-use development in Dania Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and playground / park / athletic field.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to repair the South pedestrian bridge and demolish the North pedestrian bridge per the contract documents. PARK LOCATION: Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park, 6503 North Ocean Drive, Dania Beach, Florida, 33004. Longshoreman's Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price. The Department of Environmental Protection supports diversity in its Procurement Program and requests that all sub-contracting opportunities afforded by this bid embrace diversity enthusiastically. The award of sub-contracts should reflect the full diversity of the citizens of the State of Florida. Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Pursuant to Executive Order 07-126 and Section 255.252(3), F.S. the Department requires the proposed project be designed and constructed in accordance with green building standards where applicable.
