The Thornton New Hampshire Board of Selectmen are seeking proposals for the repurposing of: Campton-Thornton Fire-Rescue Station 2, Address 12 Merrill Access Rd, Thornton, NH 03285. The Selectboard is accepting proposals for the renovation, upgrading, and repurposing the formerly known as Campton-Thornton Fire-Rescue Station 2. The finished structure will be known as Thornton Station. The structure will be a multipurpose building for the use of Thornton administrative meetings available to all boards on a scheduled basis. Additionally, community centered activities will be provided access through the Board of Selectmen via the administrative agents located at the Thornton Town Hall. Bid award to be announced by Friday, November 15 at 3:00 pm. The Town of Thornton reserves the right to reject any bids or portions thereof, and to waive any informality in any bids in the best interests of the Town. The addition is budgeted for approximately $180,000.00 The renovation is budgeted for approximately $220,000.00
