Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Thornton, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of June 27, 2025 Project has been awarded to Be Fair Builders at $115,000 The Town of Thornton is seeking proposals to construct a 40-foot by 70-foot pole barn to be used for storage at the Thornton, Campton, Ellsworth The building will have 2 solid walls with 2 open sides. The back and right side if the building will have T111 siding. The left side will be open and against the existing recycling building. The front of the building will be open with large open areas inside to maneuver equipment around. Roof will be standing seam metal. The Board of Selectmen will review and discuss the proposals at their regular meeting of Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 4:30 pm. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: The Town of Thornton reserves the right to reject any bids or portions thereof, and to waive any informality in any bids in the best interests of the Town.
