The scope of work includes removal of the existing subsurface storm water chamber system beneath the pavement in the rear of the property, and the installation of a new, larger subsurface storm water chamber system in the same location. Additional scope of work includes miscellaneous other storm water improvements, paving, and an add alternate replacement of the existing subsurface holding tank connected to the garage buildings floor drains. Additional base bid scope of work includes miscellaneous other stormwater improvements and associated paving. Refer to Unit Prices 2A, 2B-1, and 2B-2 for disposal and removal of excavated material. Items 1, 2A, 2B-1, and 2B-2 shall comprise the "total contract price" shown in Section 00 41 00 - FORM FOR GENERAL BID. The replacement of the existing subsurface holding tank connected to the garage building's floor drains (Item 3) is an add alternate. Refer to the Drawings and Specifications for more information.
