Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Dover, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Installation of a new fluid applied roof restoration system over the existing 2-ply modified bitumen roof and installation of new skylights. Work in this Contract shall include, but is not limited to the following items: 1. Removal of roofing assembly down to existing deck where wet insulation is found and replacement with new 2-ply modified bitumen roofing assembly to match existing as noted in the drawings and specifications. 2. installation of new liquid-applied restoration coating as noted in the drawings and specifications. 3. Filed Sub-bid - Removal and replacement of dome skylights as noted in drawings and specifications. 4. Temporarily relocate roof lightning protection system and reinstall with compliant clips and sealant for low slope roof as required to comply with state and local codes. 5. Install new curbs for existing mechanical units as noted in the drawings and specifications.
