Not submitting a complete and accurate document may deem the offer non-responsive and have your bid rejected. As it relates to this RFP, Contractors are welcome to submit proposals for any combination of the below items. Contractors are not required to submit a proposal for every item listed in this RFP. Marion County pre-purchased 2,640,000 tons of airspace at a landfill in Sumter County. This prepaid airspace is currently being consumed at a rate that exceeds initial projections. This rapid depletion raises concerns about the County's long-term waste management strategy. As of September 1, 2024, Marion County has consumed 33.4% of its pre-paid airspace which equates to 881,325 tons. The remaining available pre-paid airspace is 1,758,675 tons, equating to 66.6% of the total initial purchase. The provided table shows Marion County's annual airspace consumption data from Fiscal Year (FY) 18-19 to FY 23-24 (data through August 2024). Please list all subcontractors and suppliers to be used in connection with your performance of the Contract. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any subcontractor based on past performance, location, or any other grounds that may conflict with the best interests of Marion County Board of County Commissioners. Contractor shall maintain an information system capable of recording all transactions in connection with the provision of disposal services, including, customer name, material, collection vehicle number/license plate, date and time of load, weight delivered, and origin. Contractor shall provide weekly reports to the County documenting tonnages of waste delivered by material, tons, etc. It is preferred that the information system provides a customer portal where the County could review transactions and run its own reports.
