The City of Ocala is seeking quotes from qualified Florida licensed General, Residential, or Building Contractors to demolish and remove a structure located at 2350 NE 12th CT, Ocala, FL 34471 | 24994- 004-00. demolish and remove improvements, remove junk, and cut and clean lot. Contractor will provide all labor and equipment to complete this project. Work must be completed and ready for final inspection within 60 days of the Cityissued Notice to Proceed (NTP).` Scheduling of demolition shall be coordinated through Shaneka Greene, (352)-629-8309, sgreene@ocalafl.gov. The Contractor shall pay the City $100.00 for each calendar day that expires after the time specified for completion, until work is completed. Formal Question Due By: 11/11/2024 @ 5:00 PM EST
