Question Deadline 10/10/2024 at 4:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes The City of Huntington Beach (City) is soliciting a Request for Quote (RFQ) from experienced, qualified firm /vendor to provide all labor and materials for comprehensive elevator repair, testing and preventive maintenance services. The City has five (5) elevator locations (see below). Some services listed below are subject to prevailing wage rates / laws and are to be bid at prevailing wage rates. The City intends to award a three (3) year service agreement but does not guarantee a specific amount of work to the successful bidder. SCOPE OF WORK / SERVICES (see Exhibit A for detailed scope of services) A. Upon request, Vendor will provide written estimates for repairs. B. Vendor will provide written estimates within calendar one week (7 days) of request. C. Vendor will provide emergency or urgently requested services within the same day (24 hours) of request. D. Vendors may be required to occasionally work outside of normal business hours.
