Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a 65,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The bidder assumes all responsibility for obtaining sufficient information and is fully content and satisfied that he/she has obtained full knowledge of all matters affecting the proper execution and completion of the work described in the specifications and/or drawings relating to the tender.
