Site work and renovation of a civil project in Bath, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of installation of a new 320 gpm submersible sewage pump station known as the King Street Pump Station in Bath, NC, including emergency generator, electrical, telemetry and chemical feed, approximately 54,000linear feet of 8 sanitary sewer force main including horizontal directional bores and modifications of two suction lift pump stations in the City of Washingtons existing sanitary sewer system. Docs notes : Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, up on payment of a deposit of $300.00for each set. Bona fide bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition (suitable for re-use) within10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. An additional electronic (.pdf) versionof plans and specifications maybe purchased for an additional $35.00 non-refundable fee. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Rivers &Associates, Inc.
