Site work and paving for a civil project in Warner Robins, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the installation of approximately 9,342 linear feet of 24" sanitary sewer, 1,533 linear feet of 18" sanitary sewer, 80 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer, the removal and replacement of approximately 1082 linear feet of road and driveway asphalt, the removal and replacement of 245 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, the installation of 50 new sanitary sewer manholes, and the removal and/or abandonment of a similar quantity of existing sanitary sewer and manholes. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Document notes: the hours of 9:00am until 3:00 pm. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the City of Warner Robins Purchasing Office located at 700 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093, during regular scheduled business hours. Bidding Documents may be viewed and downloaded for no cost by registering with the City's IonWave bidding system at online Printed bidding documents may be obtained from the Issuing Ofce upon payment of $300 per set. Payment is non- refundable.
