Renovation of an educational facility in Warner Robins, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: Project consists of architectural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work associated with an interior renovation of the existing campus. Project also include replacement of exterior canopies and minor site improvements Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5] percent of the bid amount Project No. 240185 Successful bidder shall begin procuring materials on receipt of the Notice to Proceed (est. November 13, 2024), begin major renovation work on May 21, 2025, and shall complete the Work prior to July 27, 2025. Work during the schools Christmas holiday (December 21, 2024 to January 5, 2025), spring break holiday (March 28, 2025 to April 6, 2025) is acceptable to the Owner provided scope and schedules are agreed to prior to beginning work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
