Furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services for the equipment & installation of Traffic Detection Loops at various locations throughout the City. The successful bidder must give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: 1. COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY: 1 Million / 2 Million 2. COMPREHENSIVE VEHICLE LIABILITY: 1 Million 3. UMBRELLA LIABILITY: 5 Million minimum 4. WORKER'S COMPENSATION: Statutory (only with 3+ employees) No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued.
