The Project to be constructed generally consists of the following: The County of Riverside operates Public Safety Enterprise Communication (PSEC) remote radio shelters at the following locations: Black Jack Site 26500 Arlington Mine Rd Desert Center, CA 92239, Midland Site 18250 Arlington Mine Rd Desert Center, CA 92239, Black Eagle Site @ 25913 Kaiser Rd Desert Center, CA 92239, and Palen McCoy Site @ 23500 Coxcomb Monument Desert Center, CA 92239. The County is seeking to have a qualified contractor turnkey procure and install new replacement Generators at the Four listed PSEC facilities. The 8 (eight) Stand-by rated power generators will be installed at 4 remote sites. PSEC remote radio sites require Generator power to Operate Public Safety Communications. The Work includes the removal of existing 30KW generators and provide new 30Kw generators that are AQMD compliant, able to provide real-time monitoring, and must meet PSEC installation guidelines. The identifying name of the Project is PSEC - Removal & Replacement of Eight (8) stand-by rating power generators at remote sites. Contractor shall provide a temporary portable 30Kw generator that will be connected in-line and in services prior to removing one existing generator at a time. Contractor shall coordinate with County Building Inspection Department all required inspection including but not limited to NFPA 110 startup and commissioning. Contractor shall include its 1one year labor, materials and equipment warranty and a 5(five) year manufacture labor, material/parts and equipment warranty regardless of the 2000hour run time.
