The Conference and Site Walks Will Initially Commence at La Sierra High School, 4145 La Sierra Avenue, Riverside, Ca 92505. At the Conclusion of the Site Walk at La Sierra High School, Bidders Will Be Given Directions for Continuing the Site Walks to the Next School Site. A Total of Three (3) Sites With All Buildings at Each Site Will Be Included in the Mandatory Pre-bid Conference. Bidders Shall Anticipate the Mandatory Site Walks Will Require Most of the Day Due to the Number of Buildings Involved at Each Site. Contractor License: in Order to Bid on the Work, a Contractor Must Have a Cslb Issued Contractor License With the Following Classification(S): B License With a C-10 License to Perform All Electrical Work, Or C-10 License. C Deadline for Questions (Pre-bid Rfi's): January 13, 2025, No Later Than 3:00 P.m. Pst Surety Bonds: as Described in the General Provisions, the Successful Bidder Must Provide a Performance Bond and a Separate Payment Bond, Each in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Total Contract Price. Labor Law: the Project is a "public Work" That is Subject, Among Other Provisions, to Labor Code Sections 1720 Through 1861, Inclusive. As Described in the Instructions for Bidders, Each Contractor and Subcontractor Must Be Registered With the Dir in Accordance With Labor Code Section 1725.5, and Bidders Must Provide Evidence of Registration for Themselves and Their Subcontractors. Each Worker on The Project Must Be Paid Not Less Than the Applicable Prevailing Wages.
