**As of March 04,2025, This project has been awarded to Federal Technology Solutions Inc, with the awarded amount of $704,924.14.** Bid Information Posted With E-rate Information on Usac's Epc Portal Site is Provided as Information to Assist Interested Parties; However, the District Posts All Bid Documents on Arc for Ease of Respondent Access, District Postings, and Tracking. Interested Respondents Shall Utilize Arc as the Official Source of Documents Posted for This Bid. REQUIRED BID SECURITY: Each bid must be submitted with bid security as described in the Instructions for Bidders. The Conference and Site Walks Will Initially Commence at La Sierra High School, 4145 La Sierra Avenue, Riverside, Ca 92505. At the Conclusion of the Site Walk at La Sierra High School, Bidders Will Be Given Directions for Continuing the Site Walks to the Next School Site. A Total of Three (3) Sites With All Buildings at Each Site Will Be Included in the Mandatory Pre-bid Conference. Bidders Shall Anticipate the Mandatory Site Walks Will Require Most of the Day Due to the Number of Buildings Involved at Each Site. Contractor License: in Order to Bid on the Work, a Contractor Must Have a Cslb Issued Contractor License With the Following Classification(S): B License With a C-10 License to Perform All Electrical Work, Or C-10 License. C Deadline for Questions (Pre-bid Rfi's): January 13, 2025, No Later Than 3:00 P.m. Pst Surety Bonds: as Described in the General Provisions, the Successful Bidder Must Provide a Performance Bond and a Separate Payment Bond, Each in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Total Contract Price. Labor Law: the Project is a "public Work" That is Subject, Among Other Provisions, to Labor Code Sections 1720 Through 1861, Inclusive. As Described in the Instructions for Bidders, Each Contractor and Subcontractor Must Be Registered With the Dir in Accordance With Labor Code Section 1725.5, and Bidders Must Provide Evidence of Registration for Themselves and Their Subcontractors. Each Worker on The Project Must Be Paid Not Less Than the Applicable Prevailing Wages. A Copy of the Applicable Rates of Prevailing Wages Will Be on File and Available for Review at the Place for Submitting Bids, and a Copy Will Be Posted at the Project Site. The Project is Subject to Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement by the Dir. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Post All Job-site Notices Required by Dir Regulations and Other Applicable Law. If So Specified in the Special Provisions, the District Will Conduct a Mandatory Conference for the Purpose of Describing Labor-law Requirements.
