A2 Feeder Splicing and Repairs This quote is for splicing the A2 feeder in four manholes (manhole numbers 4, 8, 13, and 16) using t-body connections and re-terminating the ends at the switches (A2 and FT1). Sections of the cable may need to be tugged through the conduit to provide additional length for the splices. Quote shall be a lump sum proposal and include all labor, equipment rental, mobilization, demobilization, subcontractor, and consumables costs. Any additional costs identified after the contract award will not be authorized unless done so in writing by the Port Houston contract representative. Upon selection of the Service Provider to obtain services outlined in this work scope, a Service Agreement will be executed to further outline the services, contract term, payment, standards, indemnity and limitation of liability, and insurance requirements will be agreed upon by the selected proposer and Port Houston. Work shall be performed upon receiving a Notice to Proceed letter to the selected proposer.
