Renovation of a mixed-use development in Somerville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.

Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Somerset County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and that said Surety will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of successful bidders contract. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
