Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lake Bluff, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; for site work for a swimming pool; and water / sewer project.

The Lake Bluff Park District will receive sealed bids for the Blair Park Aquatic Facility Pool Replacement project which is located at 355 West Washington Avenue in Lake Bluff, IL. The project includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the existing pool deck, a new surge tank, a new pool liner, new trench trains, new shelter structures, new concrete games, site lighting improvements, new pool equipment, new fencing, and new landscaping. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond payable to the Lake Bluff Park District for not less than five (5) percent of the total bid amount will be required for each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond for the total Contract Amount. The successful bidder will also be required to execute AIA Form A101 - 2017 as the contract between the parties. In all work performed under this Contract, the Contractor and all of its subcontractors shall comply with the current provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act of the Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Sections 39s-1 et seq. No bids will be withdrawn without the written consent of the Lake Bluff Park District. If a Bid is withdrawn, the Bidder will not be permitted to submit another Bid for the same project. Only bids in compliance with the provisions of the Bid Documents will be considered. Bids will be considered firm for a period of ninety (90) days. The Lake Bluff Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions of bids/portions of work and to waive any technicalities in the bidding if it should be deemed in the public interest.
