BID FOR: " Contract 214 - Demolition of Various Pump Stations in Fort Monmouth" The envelope shall plainly set forth the name and address of Bidder. The project consists of the demolition and decommissioning of the following seven (7) pump stations: Building 752 - Athletic Club Pump Station (40.31166, -74.04411) Building 257 - Barker Pump Station (40.31526, -74.03392) Building 979 - Oceanport Borough Hall Pump Station (40.31233, -74.03645) Building 949 - Razor Avenue Pump Station (40.31169, -74.03903) Building 491 - Riverside Avenue Pump Station (40.31642, -74.03163) Building 1227 - North Drive Pump Station (40.31268, -74.05841) Building 400 - Hazen Avenue Pump Station (40.32087, -74.03559) Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Executive Director of the Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority, and shall be clearly marked on the outside lower left-hand corner, "Sealed Bid - Contract 214 - Demolition of Various Pump Stations in Fort Monmouth." Bids shall bear the name and address of the Bidder on the outside. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority as a guarantee that if the Contract or Agreement is awarded to the Bidder, that the Bidder will enter into an Agreement. The amount of the guarantee shall be ten percent (10%) of the base bid but shall not exceed $20,000.00. Bids shall be made on the standard Proposal Form in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P. The Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids.
