** As of 10/7/2025 project has been awarded to Fiore Paving Co., Inc. with an amount of $521,017.57.** Contract 221 EMERGENCY REPAIRS is described as sanitary sewer repair work (gravity and force mains), new sanitary sewer installation, installation of new house service connections, and repairs to existing house service connections in the Boroughs of Monmouth Beach, Oceanport, West Long Branch, Shrewsbury, Little Silver and Fair Haven, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Also included are repairs to utility systems (for example potable and non-potable water mains, sewer (gravity and force) mains at the Treatment Plant located in Monmouth Beach, New Jersey. The contractor may also be requested to supply labor and equipment to assist the Authority in other work at the Plant, or Pump Stations throughout the collection system. The Authority reserves the right to bid non-emergency additional work if it is in the best interest of the Authority. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority as a guarantee that if the Contract or Agreement is awarded to the Bidder, that the Bidder will enter into an Agreement. The amount of the guarantee shall be ten percent (10%) of the base bid but shall not exceed $20,000.00. The Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of said opening.
