Renovation of a medical facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
* No bid amount to be released for publication. Work of this Contract comprises installation of automatic sprinkler systems, fire alarm modifications, and fire stopping at the 120 Tecumseh Street also known as Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project - 120 Tecumseh Street. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty. The Performance Bond shall be in same form as the latest edition of the Canadian Construction Document Committee CCDC 221.
