Reference Number 0000279172 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/03 01:00:00 PM CDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/10/07 01:00:00 PM CDT Pricing Lump sum This RFQ may result in a contract being awarded for provision of the service. Any resulting contract will be for three (3) years, with two (2) - one (1)-year options available at MBLL's sole discretion. Provide consultative services regarding legislative compliance and the MBLL fire safety program. This will include creating net new fire plans and conducting a review/revision of the current Fire Safety Plan(s) including all associated procedures and practices. Review/revise or re-develop current Fire Safety Plan(s), Fire Emergency Procedures using existing site plans where available. The Contractor shall maintain throughout the term of an awarded contract: a. Commercial general liability insurance covering all operations of the Contractor, including coverage for non-owned automobiles in the minimum amount of $5,000,000. Said policy shall name MBLL, its directors, officers, employees, and agents as additional insured.
