The City of San Luis Obispo reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any informality in a bid. All bids are to be compared based on the City Engineer's estimate of the quantities of work to be done, as shown on the Bid Item List. Bids will only be accepted from bidders that are licensed in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 9, Division III of Business and Professions Code. The award of the contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsive bid submitted by a responsible contractor whose bid complies with the requirements prescribed. If the contract is awarded, the contract will be awarded within 60 calendar days after the opening of the bids.
