Design Service West Laramie/West Side Shared Use Pathway Connector. Description: The City of Laramie is seeking qualified engineering and design firms or teams of professionals, licensed in Wyoming, for the West Laramie/West Side Shared Use Pathway Connector. Items under general consideration for this project include but are not limited to pre-design, surveying, ownership evaluation, public meetings, stakeholder meetings, easement development and execution, trestle bridge evaluation, conceptual design, and construction document creation for the development of a shared use pathway between Snowy Range Road and Pierce Street (see project map s in Section 2.01). This project will be managed by a project team led by the City of Laramie Parks & Recreation Department and is funded by the 2018, voter-approved, Specific Purpose Tax.
