Project includes interior renovations of approximately 2,500 square feet of public spaces, including restrooms, enclosing 450 square feet of existing exterior patio, and 30 square feet of new construction. Upgrades to existing A/C systems, new mechanical system at enclosed patio, and electrical and plumbing upgrades as associated with the renovation are also included. Owner will be occupying facility during construction activities and preference may be given to contractor proposing a truncated construction schedule. Bidder is recommended to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination and field measurements of the site and adjacent areas at additional times prior to the bid date upon prior notice to Owner. During site visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the site or business of the Owner.
