The Laramie Bike Park is generally described as construction of the Laramie Bike Park with features including dirt jumps, pump tracks, tech-lines/xc loops, gravity directional trails, landscaping, and signage with bid alternates including shelters, parking lots and hard surfacing on the pump tracks from the base bid. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to properly dispose of all excavated material not used as backfill or salvage, including, but not limited to, excavated asphalt and concrete. All practical consideration shall be made to keep the premisesin good and clean condition during the Work as to provide minimal interruption to the property owners residing within the Work area. Storage of materials and equipment and the operations of the Contractor shall be conducted in a manner suitable to the Engineer. The Contractors shall make every effort to complete the work in a manner that does not impact the detention capacity or negatively impact the operation or maintenance of the detention pond. The Contractor shall be responsible to maintain areas that have been disturbed by construction until final surfacing is in place. This includes maintenance, dust control, and maintenance during shutdown periods such as inclement weather, weekends, or shutdowns for other reasons. The Contractor shall provide the name and telephone number of a person that can be contacted at all times regarding the project after hours and on weekends.
