As of September 22, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Design Services 1st Street Parking / Depot Lot Improvements & Accessibility. Description: The City of Laramie is seeking qualified engineering and design firms or teams of professionals, licensed in Wyoming, for the 1st Street Parking/Depot Parking Lot Improvement/ Depot Park Accessibility Project. Items under general consideration for this project include but are not limited to pre-design, surveying, public meetings, stakeholder meetings, storm water management, traffic engineering, landscape evaluation, conceptual design, and construction document creation for the development of increased parking on 1st Street, providing for improvements and increased parking in the parking lot in Depot Park, and improving ADA accessibility in Depot Park. This project will be managed by the project team led by the City of Laramie and is funded by the City of Laramie General Fund. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
