Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board is looking to establish a prequalified list of general contractors for upcoming Capital Projects. Through issuance of this competitive process, the Board invites general contractors to submit prequalification Applications for consideration for projects with construction values over $1,000,000. A company that was successfully prequalified under the initial competitive process issued September 26, 2024 (RFPQ 2025-102EF) and is currently on the VOR list is not required to submit an Application. It is expected this prequalification will be in effect for one (1) year, commencing on the award and ending on January 5, 2027 with the option to renew for an additional one-year extension, commencing on January 6, 2027.
