The Dreher Township Board of Supervisors, on behalf of the Greene - Dreher Volunteer Fire Association (GDVFA), are soliciting bids for renovation of the GDVFA Building. A brief description of the project: renovations to the existing GDVFA Building, including a new exterior covered entrance. All work must be completed by June 15, 2025. A Prevailing Wage determination from the PA Dept of Labor & Industry will apply to this project. Prior to awarding, Bids may be held by Dreher Township for a period not to exceed five (5) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing Bids, investigating the documents, and qualifications of the bidder(s). Dreher Township will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder(s), reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids. A bid bond for 10% of the bid amount shall be provided with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all Bids. A Bid not accompanied by a required bid security or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular is subject to rejection.
