Sugar Notch Borough will accept sealed bids for the construction of a Pole Building; Exterior Specifications: 40 x 48 x 16 with 6 concrete floor with re-wire, one 10 x 10 entry door, 14 x 14 insulated vinyl overhead door, 12 eave and gable overhang, 6 seamless oversize downspouts, double bubble insulated roof. Interior Specifications: 40 x 48 Metal ceiling with R-38 ceiling insulation and R-21 wall insulation complete with metal trim on borders and doors. Sugar Notch Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
