Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sugar Notch, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to furnish and install approximately 364 square yards of concrete sidewalk, including detectable warning surfaces. The project also includes final site restoration with topsoil, seed, mulch, lime, and fertilizer in all disturbed areas, as well as the furnishing and installation of three (3) inlet filter bags. In addition, the contractor shall provide maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT) on Main Street in Sugar Notch Borough for the duration of the project. All work shall be performed in accordance with the project specifications, applicable standards, and local regulations. All questions must be received by September 26, 2025. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Sugar Notch. The Borough of Sugar Notch reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The project will be awarded at the discretion of the Borough to the lowest, most-qualified bidder.
