Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sugar Notch, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Work shall consist of but is not limited to the following: Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to furnish and install 443 Linear Feet of 8" Sanitary Sewer Pipe, 165 Linear Feet of 12" ADS Storm Pipe, 286 Linear Feet of 15" ADS Storm Pipe, 32 Linear Feet of 8" ADS Storm Pipe, 1 Sanitary Sewer Manhole, 1 Grade Adjustment Ring, 6 Concrete Catch Basins, UV Lining of 341 Linear Feet of 12 Storm Pipe and 86 Linear Feet of 15" Storm Pipe, UV Lining of 361 Linear Feet of 8 Sanitary Pipe, Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Curb, PennDOT Concrete Curb Ramps, Miscellaneous Piping, Site Work, Milling and Overlaying of Pavement, Erosion Control, and Final Site Restoration. Questions shall be directed to LaBella (rmoosic@labellapc.com.) All questions must be received by February 24, 2025. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Engineer. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Sugar Notch. The Borough of Sugar Notch reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The project will be awarded at the discretion of the Borough to the lowest, most-qualified bidder. Various types of testing (i.e. trench backfill compaction testing) will be required as a part of this project. These tests will be done at the expense of the awarded Contractor.
