demolition of 742 Main Street, Sugar Notch, PA 18706 (the former Sugar Notch Municipal Building) and to haul and remove the debris to a facility in the Commonwealth authorized to receive such debris Work is to be completed within 30 days of award. Each bid must include a bank check, money order or bid bond of 10% of the bid, which will be forfeited if the bidder fails to enter into the contract. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance guarantee in the amount of the bid. The Borough reserves the right to reject any bids, or to waive any informalities.
