The City of Mount Vernon seeks Statements of Qualifications from multidisciplinary, highly qualified companies and/or individuals (hereinafter consultant) to provide professional services required to prepare an active transportation and safety plan for the City. The active transportation and safety plan will recommend and develop a city-specific program of policies, local codes and standards, and capital project improvements to the City's transportation network, informed by community engagement. Question Deadline 10/25/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All inquiries related to this SOQ are to be submitted through online A list and estimated schedule for deliverables, identifying which deliverables could be submitted by June 2025[1] and which deliverables would be submitted after this date The right to accept or reject any SOQ shall be exercised solely by the City. The City shall retain the right to abandon the RFQ process at any time prior to the actual execution of an agreement with a Consultant, and the City shall bear no financial or other responsibility in the event of such abandonment. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
