The Downedtree, Combined With Highstream Flows, Causedthree of the Concrete Culvert Sections to Fail Allowing the Road to Erode.additional Storms Causedfurther Destabilization Ofthe Culvert and Eventuallyled to a Full Failure of Theculvert and Road. The Work to Be Performedby the Selected Consultantmay Include but is Not Limited to; Preparation of Theps&e Including Design Ofthe Project, Preparation Ofproject Plans and Specifications in Compliance Withlocal, State, and Federalrequirements, an Estimateof Construction Costs, Rightof Way Acquisition Andcertification, Environmental Permitting, Surveying,geotechnical Design, Andcultural Resource Investigation. Skagit Countyreserves the Right to Retain the Services of Thesuccessful Firm for Anysubsequent Phases, Including Right of Way, Andconstruction, for Pre-bidsupport and Construction services Such as: Submittal Reviews, Rfis, Changeorders, on-site Inspections, Contract Close Out,and Other Construction-related Tasks.
